MedPB’s Practice Building Team on Retreat

medpb's medical practice building team

How do we sharpen the saw at MedPB?

What do we do to continue to improve communication and collaboration, as well as get better results for our medical practice clients?

Well, we have over 100 success habits we use, but one of the most fun is getting together, IN PERSON, as a team. Which is something we haven’t been able to do since 2019, due to Covid.

Which made this year’s retreat even more special.

We’ve spent over 10 years continually identifying and adopting success habits that make us work really well together. We’re great at meeting weekly as a team to review what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve. The result is that MedPB runs like a well-oiled machine, helping our client practices consistently grow and attract more new patients.

Of course, we could pat ourselves on the back, but this year at our company retreat at the Sagamore Resort, we brought in a facilitator to help us continue to sharpen our communication and collaboration skills. Not only did we want to work on team building, but we also wanted to learn how to better serve the medical practices we work with to build their teams too. The theme was how we can use our core values and the MedPB Mindset as we begin the journey of growing with Practis this year and beyond.

As you can see from the photos, we were in a beautiful place, which helped our Mindset, and we had a lot of fun.

The Result?

We got to meet, in person, some of the good folks who have joined the MedPB team in the last three years, in most cases for the first time. Not to mention we got a chance to meet and build relationships with the folks from Practis, who we’ll be working more closely with in the future.
