In 2005, Kevin St.Clergy had an idea of a way to help audiology practices with their marketing. He created an educational video to explain how hearing works and how hearing aids help people with hearing loss. Then he hired one of the top small business marketing consultants in the country, Charlie Cook, to help him launch a company to market the video to audiology and hearing aid practices.
The company, EducatedPatients.com, grew quickly as practice owners adopted the use of the patient education video and also requested help with their websites and their online marketing. In addition, practice owners sought out Kevin’s business advice. As an audiologist himself and a highly sought after speaker in the industry, Kevin consulted with many practices on strategies to convert more patient calls to appointments and more appointments into profits.
In 2012, Kevin asked Charlie to join him as a partner in marketing and managing the growth of EducatedPatients.com. In 2015, the partners formed MedPB to reflect the expanded mission of the company and the combination of Charlie’s marketing expertise and Kevin St.Clergy’s hands-on industry knowledge.
While the new company provides an expanded range of services, we’re still focused on what made EducatedPatients.com stand out from the competition: getting results for clients and helping our clients’ practices prosper.
